REFUND AND RETURNS
Refund and return requests must be submitted within 14 days after the delivery of your order to comply with EU laws.

• Factory Defect: All items with factory defects are eligible for free returns and refunds.

• Change of Mind: If you wish to return items due to a change of mind within 14 days, please find information down below.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returning Damaged Items
If you received damaged items, please follow these steps:

• Provide a clear description of the damage and include supporting photos if possible.
Our team will assess the case and provide instructions on the next steps, which may include a return and refund or replacement of the damaged items.
Change of Mind Returns
If you decide to return items within 14 days as per EU laws due to a change of mind, please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
